In this poverty stricken area of the world shines a bright light through the ministries of Pastor Thompson. It is difficult to imagine the extremely fruitful results that his letters describe.  Hundreds and hundreds are brought to Christ and many more hear the Gospel on a regular basis.  Of course, the need is ever greater and funds are always strained.  Many of the brethren serve the Lord under dire circumstances and even persecution in some areas.  An outreach to homeless children has proven successful, with the immerging need for housing.  Bro. Thompson would love to build a home and name it in memory of his late wife, Mary Thompson.   He also oversees many smaller churches that have been started out of the home church.  Pray that these will flourish and receive the funds for their many needs.
